After that appointment, I will assess your home’s market value and then go over it with you, as well as an estimate of other costs that are involved to sell your home. I work with a team of professionals to get your house in tip-top shape to put on the market. Then, when your home is ready to list, I will be in charge of marketing, which includes a professional virtual tour of your home, professional pictures and light staging. I will also be in charge of advertising to my network, showing your home to prospective buyers, negotiating the purchase contract, assisting with financing, overseeing the inspection process, handling paperwork, and supervising the closing. I am your person to handle everything you need from start to close! Additionally, what sets me a part from other Realtors is that I have a passion for staging and if you select the full service package, I include staging services completely complimentary!

Buy Your Next Home I have a passion for working with buyers to find their perfect home and I know the Tucson area inside and out and I can work with you to find the right home at the right price. Once I get a sense of your wish-list, I will regularly send you listings and I will make it my top-priority to show you those listings as soon as possible. In addition, I will give you an estimate of other costs involved with buying real estate such as earnest money, home inspections, appraisals, closing costs, etc.
