Then, when your home is ready to list,I will be in charge of advertising to my network, showing your home to prospective buyers, negotiating the purchase contract, assisting with financing, overseeing the inspection process, handling paperwork, and supervising the closing. Once I get a sense of your wish-list, I will regularly send you listings and I will make it my top-priority to show you those listings as soon as possible.
